Exceptions may be made for quality-related issues such as...
- Stains or misprints
- Incorrect paper orientation (e.g. printing on the wrong side)
If you encounter any of these issues at a convenience store, please bring your receipt to the cashier of the store where you made the purchase to discuss a possible return or refund.
