FANBOX Print products can be purchased using a print number or 2D code at multi-function printer and copy machines located in approximately 33,000 Lawson, FamilyMart, and Ministop stores across Japan, as well as around 7000 7-Eleven stores in Taiwan.

■ Using a print number
1. Tap the FANBOX PRINT button on the copier's home screen
2. Agree to the FANBOX PRINT Terms of Use
3. Tap Search by print number > Confirm
4. Enter the print number of the item you want to print and tap Confirm
5. Choose the print type, enter the number of copies, and complete your purchase
■ Using a 2D code
1. Tap the "Scan QR Code" button on the copier's home screen
2. Scan the 2D code of the item you wish to print
3. Agree to the FANBOX PRINT Terms of Use

How to purchase prints at 7-Eleven stores in Taiwan
■Purchasing with a Print Number
- Tap "Number Input/Scan" in the upper-left corner of the home screen.
- Tap "Enter Number" on the left side, then enter the print number.
- Check the preview of the product you want to print. If everything looks correct, tap "Next."
- Select the number of copies you want to print, then tap "Print Directly" in the lower-right corner.
- Review the print type, quantity, pricing, and other details. If everything is correct, tap "Confirm" in the lower-right corner to begin printing.
- After printing is complete, bring the payment slip to the register and complete your payment.
■Purchasing with a 2D Code
- Tap "Number Input/Scan" in the upper-left corner of the home screen.
- Tap "Scan" on the right side, then scan the 2D code for the product you want to purchase.
- Check the preview of the product you want to print. If everything looks correct, tap "Next."
- Select the number of copies you want to print, then tap "Print Directly" in the lower-right corner.
- Review the print type, quantity, pricing, and other details. If everything is correct, tap "Confirm" in the lower-right corner to begin printing.
- After printing is complete, bring the payment slip to the register and complete your payment.
In addition, beginning in July 2026, self-service payment functionality will be rolled out gradually on multi-function printer and copy machines. At machines where this feature is available, you will be able to pay using the following transit IC cards:
- EasyCard (悠遊卡)
- iPass (一卡通)
- icash 2.0 (愛金卡)
