If a product is out of stock, you can request to have it removed from the list of available print products on FANBOX PRINT.
Please contact us with the following information.

Body:
・Your pixiv User ID (numbers)
・Your registered e-mail address
・The print number or a URL that identifies the content
・Reason for the removal*To find your pixiv user ID, visit your profile page. The numbers at the end of the URL (https://www.pixiv.net/users/xxxx) are your user ID.
Upon removal, your content will be completely deleted from the FANBOX PRINT tab on your FANBOX page, as well as from the list of available print products.
Please note that when you remove a product...
- You won’t be able to put it up for sale again
- The content will be removed from your Dashboard, and you won’t be able to put it up for sale again (relist it).
- You will no longer be able to check its sales information
- The product’s content pages will be removed as well, so you will no longer be able to view sales numbers and detailed reports.
