FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines
pixiv Inc. (hereafter referred to as "The Company") has established the Guidelines (hereafter referred to as "Guidelines") for FANBOX PRINT (hereafter referred to as "this Service") in accordance with Article 6. of the FANBOX PRINT Terms of Use for Content Providers.
Unless otherwise defined, the terms used in this guideline shall comply with the FANBOX PRINT Terms of Use for Content Providers (hereafter referred to as the " FANBOX PRINT Terms of Use").
These Guidelines stipulate the standards for content review conducted by the Company based on Article 6. of the FANBOX PRINT Terms of Use. These Guidelines have been independently determined by the Company, and may be changed at any time at our discretion if there is a valid reason, such as to cater to the needs of the users of this service, social issues, changes in our business, or changes to the operating policy of this Service. Please note that any matters not stipulated in these Guidelines shall be governed using the FANBOX PRINT Terms of Use for Content Providers.
Content registration and review for this service
The Company will review all content according to these Guidelines.
Creators will be able to register only the content that the Company has reviewed and deemed appropriate for sale. Content that is deemed as "Prohibited Content" as described below, may not be registered. Please read these guidelines before submitting your content. Please also note that the Company will not answer any inquiries regarding review results.
Content Prohibited from Registration
Content that falls under any of the following points cannot be registered on this Service. Please note that the points listed below are provided as examples of prohibited content and are not exhaustive.
1. Content that it restricted by the pixivFANBOX Guidelines
The pixivFANBOX Guidelines stipulate that any content that contains prohibited expressions, AI-generated content, age-restricted content, prohibited items, or items requiring revision, even if they have been blurred or pixelated, cannot be registered.
2. Content that falls under any of the following
(1) Content that is unscrupulous and undermines the trust of the Users
(2) Content that is or may be contrary to public order and morals
(3) Content that causes or may cause a detriment to the Users
(4) Sexually explicit and obscene content
(5) Content that impedes the healthy development of young people or that shows a lack of consideration in this regard
(6) Content that may be mistaken for child pornography or that shows a lack of consideration in regard to child protection
(7) Content that may encourage, affirm, or promote crimes or other violations of laws and regulations
(8) Content that may be misleading due to false or inaccurate depiction
(9) Content that infringes or is likely to infringe on the copyrights, patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of a third party (hereafter referred to as "third-party intellectual property rights")
Example:
- Content that uses company names, brand names, product names, or people's names
- Content created by a third party
- Fanart
(10) Content that infringes or may infringe on the property, privacy, or other personal rights of a third party
Example: Works that contain a depiction of a celebrity’s face, or a depiction that could be mistaken as a certain celebrity’s face
(11) Content that may slander or defame others, or damage their reputation or business
(12) Content that unfairly discriminates or encourages discrimination on the basis of race, nationality, occupation, sex, circumstances, ideology, feelings, mental or physical disabilities, etc.
(13) Anything that includes depictions of paper money, currency, or other items subject to the Act on Control of Imitation of Currency and Securities (or similar items)
(14) Content that excessively promotes gambling
(15) Content that may endorse or encourage gambling or the buying and selling of lottery tickets (excluding legal transactions permitted by law)
(16) Content that is fraudulent or considered a fraudulent business practice
(17) Content that is unscientific or superstitious and may confuse customers or make them feel uneasy or uncomfortable
(18) Content that solicits people to join political, religious, or other groups, or requests donations
(19) Content that may affect the subconscious
(20) Content with expressions that, contrary to the facts, erroneously suggest that the Company, Sharp Marketing Japan Corporation, or convenience store operators support, recommend, or provide guarantee for the products or services
(21) Content that contains names or abbreviations bearing resemblance to the Company, Sharp Marketing Japan Corporation, or convenience store operators. However, this does not apply if the Company, Sharp Marketing Japan Corporation, or convenience store operators have given their prior written consent
(22) Content that is excessively critical of the purpose or objective of the products and services offered by the Company, Sharp Marketing Japan Corporation, or convenience store operators
(23) Content that significantly damages or is likely to damage the brand image of the Company, Sharp Marketing Japan Corporation, or convenience store operators
(24) Content that violates relevant laws and regulations
(25) Content that the Company, Sharp Marketing Japan Corporation, or convenience store operators deem inappropriate
3. Any name intended for use as a name for this Service or submitted Content that falls under any of the items in the preceding paragraph
4. Obscene images that meet the following criteria

Nudity | ・Complete or partial nudity, or anything that can be considered as such (even if it has been pixelated or processed in other ways) |

・Poses that expose the underwear | |
Failure to consider child protection | Obscenity, child prostitution, child pornography, child abuse, or any depiction that violates or may violate the Child Protection Act and other related laws |

5. Images that fall under the following criteria and depict minors as the subject or motif
Please note that this also applies to images that feature children, defined as those under the age of 18 at the time of shooting (if the person is 18 at the time of shooting but a high school student, they will be considered a child), as well as illustrations, manga, and other images that depict children as a main subject or feature children as a motif.

・Other poses that could be considered sexual |
6.Images of minors under the age of 12
This also applies to images where the subject is under the age of 12 at the time the photo was taken (if the subject is over the age of 12 but is an elementary school student, they will be considered as under the age of 12), and illustrations, or manga, etc. that depict children as a main subject or feature children under the age of 12 (including images that imply a depiction of children under the age of 12) as a motif.
① Swimsuits (including school swimsuits)
② Uniforms (clothing or costumes that are strongly associated with young children, including sailor suits, gym clothes, bloomers, etc.)
③ Sexually explicit poses (crawling on all fours, exposing genitalia, etc.)
④ Photo-realistic content
Please note that any and all photos including or featuring subjects under the age of 12 (in cases where subjects may be 12 or older but are determined to be elementary school students, they will be treated as the same), or subjects who appear to be or are depicted as under the age of 12, are prohibited from being registered.
Furthermore, if the name or title of the content uses any of the expressions listed above, it will be considered prohibited content.
