pixiv Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will be holding the FANBOX PRINT Authorized Fanwork: TOKYO6 Characters (hereinafter referred to as "this Project") through FANBOX PRINT (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). In accordance with Article 6 of the FANBOX PRINT Terms of Use for Content Providers (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use for Content Providers"), the Company has established the Content Guidelines for this Project (hereinafter referred to as "these Guidelines").

These Guidelines are separate from the general FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines and apply exclusively to content submitted for this Project.

Unless otherwise specified, the definitions of terms used in these Guidelines follow those outlined in the Terms of Use for Content Providers.

These Guidelines have been established as specific standards for content review under this Project, in accordance with Article 6 of the Terms of Use for Content Providers. These Guidelines have been independently determined by the Company and may be changed at any time at its discretion if there is a valid reason, such as to cater to the needs of the users of this Service, social issues, changes in our business, or changes to the operating policy of this Service. Note that any matters not stipulated in these Guidelines shall be governed by the Terms of Use for Content Providers.

Participation in this Project

Project Theme

Illustrations and manga featuring Koharu Rikka, Natsuki Karin, and Hanakuma Chifuyu from TOKYO6 ENTERTAINMENT LLC, as well as other characters published by the same company as official derivative work settings (collectively, the "Eligible Characters")

*Submissions do not need to be newly created. Past works are also eligible for this Project.

How to Participate

Starting September 9th, 2026, creators will be able to opt into this Project when registering content for FANBOX PRINT.

1. Register as a FANBOX Creator
2. Register as a FANBOX PRINT Content Provider
3. When registering content, choose to participate in this Project
4. Once the content passes review, it will go on sale starting from the designated launch date

Royalties

The royalty rates for content providers participating in this Project are as follows:

• Sales in Japan: 23%
• Sales in Taiwan: 13%

Content Registration and Review for this Service

The Company will review all content according to these Guidelines.

Content providers will be able to register only the content that the Company has reviewed and deemed appropriate for sale. Content that falls under the “Prohibited Content” section described below, or that the Company determines may fall under that category, may not be submitted to this Project. Carefully read these guidelines before submitting your content. Note that the Company will not answer any inquiries regarding review results. Content review for this Project will be conducted by the Company on behalf of TOKYO6 ENTERTAINMENT LLC. For questions related to content registration, contact us via the FANBOX PRINT inquiry form.

This project is open to individual creators only. Corporations, organizations, and doujin circles without corporate status are not eligible to participate. Thank you for your understanding.

Prohibited Content

Content that falls or may fall under any of the following points cannot be submitted to this Project. Please note that the points listed below are provided as examples of prohibited content and are not exhaustive.

1. Content classified as prohibited under the FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines

Content that is designated as prohibited under the FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines cannot be registered.

However, among the examples listed under "2. Content that falls under any of the following, (9) Content that infringes or is likely to infringe on the copyrights, patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of a third party", fan art may be submitted only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The content is derivative illustrations or manga based on the Eligible Characters.
• The content is registered on this Service specifically for participation in this Project.
• The work does not fall under any of the categories listed in Section 2 of these Guidelines (see below).

Note that content listed as prohibited in the FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines (outside of fan art) is not permitted: "Content that uses company names, brand names, product names, or people's names", "Content created by a third party".

2. Content that falls under any of the following

• Content that damages the image of the Eligible Characters
  • Examples:
    • Excessively sexual content
    • Excessively graphic or grotesque content
• Works that use images generated by AI, either in whole or in part
• Content that infringes or may infringe upon the rights of others
• Content that may be mistaken for official content, merchandise, or campaigns from TOKYO6 ENTERTAINMENT or its affiliated companies
• Unauthorized reuse of someone else's fan art
• Any other content deemed socially unacceptable, such as excessive sexual expression, or content that slanders individuals, groups, or races
• Content that may damage the reputation of the Eligible Characters, related parties, or other third parties
• Works that do not feature the Eligible Characters as the central focus
• Works composed only of text (e.g., novels) where images are not the main component
• Photographic works or works that are primarily based on real-world photography
• Tracings, copies, or highly accurate reproductions of official illustrations or licensed goods
• Use of the Eligible Characters or their names for the purpose of political activities, religious proselytizing, ethnic discrimination, or criticism of specific individuals or organizations
• Content that pixiv Inc., Sharp Marketing Japan Corporation, Q-WARE Systems & Services Corp. (安源資訊股份有限公司), or convenience store operators deem inappropriate

Effective as of September 9th, 2026
