pixiv Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will be holding the FANBOX PRINT Creator Fest: "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE" (hereinafter referred to as "this Project”) through FANBOX PRINT (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”). In accordance with Article 6 of the FANBOX PRINT Terms of Use for Content Providers (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use for Content Providers"), the Company has established these FANBOX PRINT Creator Fest: "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE" Content Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “these Guidelines”).

These Guidelines are separate from the general FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines and apply exclusively to content submitted for this Project.

Unless otherwise specified, the definitions of terms used in these Guidelines follow those outlined in the Terms of Use for Content Providers.

These Guidelines have been established as specific standards for content review under this Project, in accordance with Article 6 of the Terms of Use for Content Providers. These Guidelines have been independently determined by the Company, and may be changed at any time at our discretion if there is a valid reason, such as to cater to the needs of the users of this service, social issues, changes in our business, or changes to the operating policy of this Service. 
Please note that any matters not stipulated in these Guidelines shall be governed using the Terms of Use for Content Providers.

Even if your content passes the review process based on these Guidelines and applicable laws, please note that if it is later found to violate any laws, the Terms of Use for Content Providers, or these Guidelines, the Company reserves the right to disqualify the content from participation in this project.
 

Participation in this Project

Project Theme

Illustrations and manga works based on "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE".

*Submissions do not need to be newly created. Past works are also eligible for this Project.

How to Participate

Content registration period: Friday, December 19th, 2025 - Tuesday, February 24th, 2026(JST)

Product sales period: Thursday, January 8th - Friday, March 13th, 2026(JST)

Starting December 19th, 2025, creators will be able to opt into the Creator Fest: "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE" when registering content for FANBOX PRINT.

1. Register as a FANBOX Creator
2. Register as a FANBOX PRINT Content Provider
3. When registering content, choose to participate in the Creator Fest: "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE"
4. Once the content passes review, it will go on sale starting from the designated launch date

Royalties

The royalty rate for content providers participating in the FANBOX PRINT Creator Fest: "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE" will be 30%.

Content Registration and Review for this Service

The Company will review all content according to these Guidelines.

Creators will be able to register only the content that the Company has reviewed and deemed appropriate for sale. Content that is deemed as "Prohibited Content", as described below, may not be submitted to this Project. Please read these guidelines before submitting your content. Please also note that the Company will not answer any inquiries regarding review results. The content review for this project is conducted by the Company under commission from "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE". For questions related to content registration, please contact us via the FANBOX PRINT inquiry form.

 This project is open to individual creators only. Corporations, organizations, and doujin circles without corporate status are not eligible to participate. Thank you for your understanding.

Prohibited Content

Content that falls under any of the following points cannot be submitted to this Project. Please note that the points listed below are provided as examples of prohibited content and are not exhaustive.

1. Content classified as prohibited under the FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines

Content that is designated as prohibited under the FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines cannot be registered.

However, among the examples listed under the FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines in "2. Content that falls under any of the following, (9) Content that infringes or is likely to infringe on the copyrights, patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of a third party", fan art may be submitted only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The work is fan art based on the characters, costumes, monsters, and world of the game "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE", developed, produced, operated, and distributed by SHIFT UP CORP.
• The content is registered on this Service specifically for participation in this Project.
• The work does not fall under any of the categories listed in Section 2 of these Guidelines (see below).

Please note that content listed as prohibited in theFANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines (outside of fan art), is not permitted: "Content that uses company names, brand names, product names, or people's names", "Content created by a third party".

 

2. Content that falls under any of the following

1. Content that damages the image of "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE"
   • Examples:
     1. Gender swaps
     2. Zombified or grotesque versions of characters
     3. Animal-like versions of characters
     4. Child-like versions of characters
2. AI-generated content
3. Content that infringes or may infringe upon the rights of others
4. Content that may cause others to believe it is official "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE" content
5. Unauthorized reuse of another person's fan art
6. Any content prohibited under the FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines may not be submitted (Examples: Excessive sexual expression, content that slanders individuals, groups, or races, or any expressions that are deemed highly inappropriate by common social standards). For detailed standards regarding sexual or violent expression, please refer to the FANBOX PRINT Content Guidelines.
7. Any other content deemed socially unacceptable
8. Content that may defame SHIFT UP CORP., Proxima Beta Pte. Limited, or other parties involved with "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE", or any related third party
9. Works that do not feature "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE" characters as the central focus
10. Works composed only of text (e.g., novels) where images are not the main component
11. Photographic works or works that are primarily based on real-world photography
12. Tracings, copies, or highly accurate reproductions of official Goddess of Victory: Nikke illustrations or licensed goods
13. Works featuring characters not featured in the official "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE" game, characters originating from fan communities, or characters owned by third parties that appeared in "GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE" collaboration events
14. Any other content deemed inappropriate by pixiv Inc., Sharp Marketing Japan Corporation, or participating convenience store businesses
